Our furnished rentals are in the high demand locations of Punta Gorda, Punta Gorda Isles and nearby communities. Each home or condo will provide you a quality winter retreat. Many are waterfront, have pools, lanais or nearby water access to enjoy. Some have boat slips and others have golf and walking/biking paths nearby. Beautiful downtown Punta Gorda with numerous shopping and dining options is easily accessible by most of our rentals. Each rental will typically provide linens, kitchen cooking essentials, laundry facilities, streaming services/internet, updated electronics, pool care/lawn care and many special items to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Our rentals are typically available for 3-6 months with a minimum of 3 months. Seasonal rental availability is updated in early May for the next year. We rent by the full calendar month beginning on the 1^st of the month. Each rental will have an additional Florida tax of 12% due each month that is not reflected in our advertising. A $3,500.00 deposit, a one-time cleaning fee of $224 (includes 12% tax), a processing fee of $100.00, and any condo application fees (if applicable) will also apply. If you have a small pet or a boat you are bringing, the inventory is limited so we suggest you reserve early!

Sometimes a seasonal stay is not long enough and renting outside of the months of January through April may be possible on some of our homes. This would be discounted accordingly, so please ask our experienced property managers about renting furnished properties off season, or longer rent reduced periods such as tax free 6+ or 12 month options.
