Elaine was the most thorough, responsive and accessible agent we could ever imagine working with! She was also easy going and has a great sense of humor, so we never felt pressured in any way. Additionally, while she explained anything we needed to know, it never felt like she was talking down to us. She treated us as knowledgeable clients. She went out of her way to help us with everything and often delivered answers and information sooner than she had promised. She always answered phone calls, emails and texts. She even cleaned our new home before we arrived when no one else was available to do it!
